However, please be aware that upon withdrawal, you will lose access to our premium plugin licenses. Nevertheless, we are more than happy to provide guidance on where you can purchase new licenses.
We ensure we allocate dedicated time each month for site updates as needed. It operates akin to a monthly subscription model where you have access to the service throughout the month; however, any unused time doesn’t roll over to the next period.
While my maintenance plans are optional for clients, they come highly recommended due to their critical role in ensuring security, optimisation, updates, backups, support, and more. However, if you opt out of the care plan, you are free to do so. In this scenario, you will be fully responsible for website updates, security, backups, and other services outlined in the plan. Please review our LIABILITY CLAUSE, which releases us from any involvement in the event of website breaches, hacks, or performance issues resulting from insufficient optimisation.
